In addition to the complete interior architecture project, Vento developed the entire operational planning of the store, including the layout of the production area, equipment specification, definition of workflows, and organization of the preparation and service operation. Highlights of the project include the wooden bleacher seating, designed as a social element that encourages staying and interaction among customers, as well as the ceiling entirely painted in purple, a solution that enhances the property's high ceilings and creates a striking visual identity. The result is a contemporary, memorable space strategically planned to maximize both the operation and the brand experience in one of Rome's main tourist spots.
